This event will be facilitated and guided in safe and holistic setting  where you will find the space to quiet the mind.
There'll be something for everyone attending. All that is required is an open mind and the intention to relax.
The day will include guided, healing meditations, specific for those attending and will provide clarity and peace.
You will receive techniques to use at home and the chance to receive healing energies to help rebalance the body and mind.
